WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW


  • Skin Type: All Skin Types
  • Skin Concerns: Dullness, Aging, Dryness, Uneven Skin tone, Dark Spots.
  • How To Do The Facial:
  1. Start by applying Cleanser to skin with damp hands and massage in circular motions for 4-5 minutes, in an upwards direction. Rinse off with lukewarm water (or remove with damp cotton round), and finish off with cool water.
  2. Now take a pea-sized amount of scrub on your damp skin and scrub for the next 2-3 minutes. Rinse off with water.
  3. Apply a moderate amount of Skin Polisher to dry skin and massage gently with wet hands for about 2 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water and towel dry.
  4. Apply the mask to your face. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  5. Spray the face Freshener on a cotton round, gently swipe across your face in an upwards direction. But wait few minutes before applying another product over it.
  6. Take a few drops of serum and gently apply on your face and neck.
  7. Apply the massage cream in a generous amount onto your face and neck with light strokes for five-eight minutes, to complete your facial.
  8. Apply sunblock generously on your face and neck, 10 minutes before sun exposure.
  • Use of Bleach Kit: Use it together with color cream or bleaching powder in a 2:1 ratio. Use the mixture immediately; do not let the development time exceed to ensure the best results. Store the product in a dry and cool place and make sure to empty the bottles before disposing of them.
  • Precautions: External use only, Avoid contact with eyes. Many test patches on your arm so 42 hours before using it.

  1. What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery takes 3-7 days, depending on the availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

  1. What are the delivery charges for local orders?

We provide free shipping Across Pakistan on orders above PKR 3000 and PKR 200 below that are charged.

  1. How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided with a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to Leopatds Courier & Postex insert your tracking ID and track your order.

  1. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
