Gua Sha Stone

A Gua Sha stone is a smooth facial massage tool, traditionally made from jade, rose quartz, or other natural stones. It is gently scraped or pressed along the face and neck to massage the skin.

How to use a Gua Sha stone

1. Clean your face and the Gua Sha before use.
2. Apply a few drops of facial oil, serum, or moisturizer so the stone glides easily.
3. Hold the Gua Sha almost flat against your skin (about 10–15°).
4. Use gentle, slow strokes—don't press hard enough to cause pain.
5. Follow this simple routine:
   • Neck: Stroke upward from the base of the neck toward the jaw.
   • Jawline: Move from the chin toward the ears.
   • Cheeks: Move from the nose outward toward the ears.
   • Under eyes: Use very light pressure, moving from the inner corner outward.
   • Forehead: Move from the eyebrows upward toward the hairline.
6. Repeat each stroke 5–10 times.
7. Clean the stone after use.

Tip: 5–10 minutes, about 3–5 times per week, is plenty. Avoid using it over irritated, broken, or sunburned skin.
